TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gap FREE custom made orthotics are only available to those patients who have Podiatry cover through their private health fund. All consultations with the Podiatrist will still attract a normal gap payment to cover for the Podiatrists time, it is the 3D scans used to manufacture the orthotics and the orthotics themselves that will be gap FREE. A minimum rebate of $350 is required from your health fund to qualify for GAP FREE. Anything not met by your health fund will be made up in payment on the day by the patient.

Please contact your private health insurer to check your rebate eligibility. Private health rebates are available on the day through HICAPS.

The discount is applicable to private patients only.  There is no discount on Return to Work SA, NDIS or other Insurance claims.
